This squad is by invitation only. The goal of this squad is to represent CoStA at competitive events and to compete at County and Regional Level.

Mandatory for training sessions are:

  • Kickboard - Example: WIN Universal Kickboard, with handles
  • Pull Buoy - Example: WIN Pullbuoy Solid, Senior size
  • Short Fins - Example: Kiefer Rubber Short Fins

These products can be bought at the CoStA shop at Westminster Lodge. Please ensure that all kit is named with a permanent marker.
